Lanus to the Azteca, aggregations of matter simply did not matter, even the stars and planets revolved around him that summer. Laws are made to be broken, and the diminutive Argentinian badboy/saint broke them all for us that sunny afternoon in Mexico City against England.
Space, time, velocity and gravity all stood in wonder and watched. Diego defined gravitas and defied gravity all at the same time. He was flawed and he knew it, but the gravitational pull toward him for millions was undeniable---Let us all do our best to be thankful, the laws of gravity might just demand we never see the likes of Diego again. - vK.
